Pricing

Pooper scooper software pricing built around complexity, not headcount

Your plan is set by how complex the operation is, not how many customers you have earned or how many people it takes to run it. Every tier includes an employee allowance, and one more teammate is $10 a month flat. Customers, dogs, jobs, routes, zones, and cities are unlimited on every plan.

Are you a franchise or multi-brand parent overseeing separate businesses?

One business running routes across any number of zones or cities is not a franchise here. This is about a parent company with separately run child organizations rolling up to it.

Four tiers, one ladder

Every plan runs the full core ERP with nothing held back. What changes as you move up is the tooling a more complex operation actually needs.

Launch

$79/mo

3 active employees included

A solo operator or a small crew running one business.

  • Standard reporting suite
  • Standard roles: owner, office manager, dispatcher, tech
  • Email support

Growth

$199/mo

10 active employees included

Past "just me and a couple techs," still one business.

  • Advanced analytics: cohort retention, zone profitability, churn drivers
  • More automation rules and workflow capacity
  • Priority email and chat support

Scale

$449/mo

30 active employees included

A large operation spread across multiple cities or territories.

  • Cross-zone and regional performance reporting
  • Custom permission sets beyond the standard four roles
  • Phone support with a named account contact

Enterprise

By contract

Custom employee allowance

A franchise or multi-brand parent overseeing separate child businesses.

  • Parent and child organization structure with full rollup
  • Franchise management, royalty billing, and regional dashboards
  • Dedicated account manager, custom contract terms and SLA

Additional active employees are $10 per month flat on Launch, Growth, and Scale. Yearly billing takes 15% off the plan price. API access will be an add-on on Growth and included on Scale and Enterprise; it is coming soon and will be marked live here when it ships, not before.

Always unlimited, on every plan

Unlimited customers, dogs, jobs, and routes
Unlimited zones, cities, and territories
Scheduling, recurring services, and route optimization
Estimates, invoicing, payments, and the client portal
The mobile field app with offline support and photos
Work orders, notifications, GPS navigation, and reporting

Operating across three cities costs the same as operating across one street. Zones and territories are structure, not a meter.

Add-ons

Optional tools that install on top of any plan. Everything listed here is live in the product today; more are in development and will appear when they ship.

AI Receptionist

Answers client texts about pricing and availability and books straight into the calendar. Texts today; voice calls are on the roadmap and will be labeled when live.

Available on every plan

AI Business Advisor

The weekly digest: revenue, completed visits, at risk clients, and one recommended action, computed from your real numbers and delivered every week.

Available on every plan

Referral Programs

Referral codes with credit applied automatically to both the referrer and the new client. Built for the two doors down growth this trade actually runs on.

Available on every plan

Franchise Management and Regional Dashboards

Parent and child organizations, automatic royalty billing, and rollup reporting across every location in the network.

Included with Enterprise
Enterprise

For franchise and multi-brand parents

Enterprise is not a size, it is a structure: a parent organization overseeing separately run child businesses that roll up to it. It includes franchise management, automatic royalty billing, regional dashboards, a custom employee allowance, and a dedicated account manager, priced by contract against your locations, allowance, and term.

Pricing questions, answered straight

Why don’t you charge by number of customers or employees?

Because growth is success, not a cost trigger. Winning more customers or hiring more people should never be the reason your software bill jumps. What actually changes as an operation matures is complexity, deeper reporting, more control, franchise structure, and that is what the tiers price.

What counts as an active employee?

Anyone with a login used at least once in the billing period, in any role. Techs, dispatchers, and office staff all count the same way. Someone who never logs in that month does not count.

What happens after my 60 day trial?

You either convert to Launch at $79 per month or the account pauses. Nothing is deleted either way; a paused account keeps its data and picks up where it left off when a payment method is added. The trial is purely time based, nothing you do inside it triggers a charge.

What happens if I go over my included employee allowance?

Each additional active employee is a flat $10 per month, shown live in your billing dashboard as it is incurred, never a surprise line on an invoice. In the app it reads the way it should: add a teammate for $10.

Do I lose features on Launch that Enterprise gets?

No. Every plan runs the full core ERP: scheduling, routing, invoicing, payments, the field app, the client portal, all of it. The difference between tiers is complexity tooling like advanced analytics, custom permissions, and franchise structure, not core capability.

Can I buy add-ons without upgrading my whole plan?

Yes for the AI and growth add-ons, they install on any plan. The one exception is franchise management and regional dashboards, which are part of the Enterprise structure because they require the parent and child organization model.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes, 15% off the plan price, applied automatically when you choose yearly billing.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Downgrades follow the same grace period handling as any plan change, and your data stays exportable in one click on every plan, paused accounts included.
