Today transactional email (invoices, reminders, visit notifications) sends from HoundStack with your business name in the from line. A custom sending domain is part of the White label add-on and is arranged by hand after purchase, not self-serve yet.

Accounting sync to QuickBooks Online is in the works and not live yet: paid invoices and their payments will sync to your books. Until it ships, invoices export in QuickBooks format and clients, invoices and reports export to CSV, so your bookkeeper is not waiting on us.

Settings → Zapier & webhooks sends signed JSON events (visit completed, invoice created, payment received, new lead) to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own system. A native Zapier app and the full API are still coming.
